Launching An Independent Skincare Brand
Fachie is a skincare brand committed to transparency and the power of nature. Founded in 2020 by Lauren Fache (Fachie), Fachie is dedicated to enhancing your relationship with your skin by harnessing the power of plants, so your skin can thrive naturally.
After soft launching, I joined the team to help develop a communications roadmap, posting schedule, paid search, paid social, and optimize the UX to reduce abandoned carts and increase the average cart value.
Working with the Fachie team, together we were able to increase site traffic, decrease the avg. add-to-cart by $16, identify additional markets (Mexico), build effective retargeting campaigns, launch an influencer affiliate program, and ultimately increase sales.
